I work in the big outdoors or online depending on what my clients are looking for.

 

Being outdoors in the wilds can be healing in itself especially hand in hand with talking therapy.

 

I also offer adapted sessions to anyone who feels unable to cope with full sessions if unwell with CFS/ME or any other chronic illness which limits them.

I have a warm and friendly approach to my clients in which I aim to reduce anxiety and hopefully this will start the counselling relationship with a sense of safety.
