I also offer adapted sessions to anyone who feels unable to cope with full sessions if unwell with CFS/ME or any other chronic illness which limits them. If you’ve can’t manage a full session then please do let me know.

I have a warm and friendly approach to my clients in which I aim to reduce anxiety and hopefully this will start the counselling relationship with a sense of safety.
